The architect of the Bell House borrowed the best from the Greek, Queen Anne, and Romantic styles to design this beautiful home. The open atmosphere of the first floor makes it conducive to receptions and parties of up to 150 people standing. Room for 85 seated theater style. Outside catering is allowed as is alcohol (with a special fee).

The Historic Berry Hill Mansion is available for special events like meetings, weddings, receptions, parties, luncheons, dinners and more. Housed in a former bus depot & inspired by the original architecture of the space, Clerestory was created to meet a need for large events. With an open layout surrounded by walls of original windows, our vision was to keep a nod to the origins of the building while accommodating up to 400 people in a fresh, elevated, yet industrial space. Nestled in downtown Versailles and originally known as the Terrell House or the Rose Hill Estate, this distinguished landmark was built in 1823, making it the first structure on Rose Hill Avenue and a namesake for the charming thoroughfare. Initially constructed in the Federal Style, it underwent a transformation in 1877, embracing Victorian influences. The fanned entrance and Palladian windows gave way to cornice heads and round-arched hood molds, while the roofline was raised to accommodate strikingly pitched bracketed gables.

Talon Winery sits on 300 acres of rolling Bluegrass farmland with an original 18th century farmhouse. This working Thoroughbred training facility is home to 1,000 horses. The Banquet Room/Lounge is decorated in classic equestrian style and will accommodate 200 people (rounds), 300 standing or 200 class room style. The Pavilion, where Thoroughbred auctions once took place, has amphitheater seating for 920 and is ideal for speakers, awards ceremonies, and seminars. The 10,000 square foot Holding Area has a barn-like atmosphere and accommodates 1000 standing or 600 seated for casual parties and barbeques. Meals can be catered upon request.

The Well at Cherry Well Farm is a beautiful venue nestled on 18 acres of land on the Cherry Well Farm in Winchester, Kentucky. It is a 4,800 square foot barn with an additional 3,100 square feet of covered outdoor
